The terms
Hoop Louisville Rental Agreement v2026-10-27 · Effective October 27, 2026
This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Hoop Louisville LLC (“Provider”) and the individual or entity booking the Hoop Trailer (“Customer”). By booking and paying for a Hoop Trailer rental, the Customer agrees to the following terms.

Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due on the event day at setup. We accept card or Venmo.
- $375 for a 3-hour rental
- $100 for each extra hour
- $1,200 for a full day
- Custom branding is quoted separately
Service Provided
Provider will deliver, set up, and later pick up the Hoop Trailer at the agreed event location. Delivery is included within 20 miles of Middletown. Travel beyond that is quoted before you book.
Rental includes:
- 4 full-size arcade basketball hoops
- LED party lights
- Sound system
- Fog machine
- Low-noise gas generator, so no outlet or power is needed at your location
Please note: No staff member will remain on-site during the rental period. The setup is similar to a bounce house rental. After setup and a quick orientation, the trailer is left in the Customer’s care until pickup.
Customer Responsibilities
Customer must ensure there is a clear, level space (approx. 25 ft) for trailer setup and safe access for delivery. The trailer measures 18 × 8.5 × 10 ft.*
Customer is responsible for supervising all guests using the Hoop Trailer during the event.
Customer agrees to leave the Hoop Trailer in the same condition as it was set up.
*If the Customer is unable to meet the required space or access requirements at the time of setup, they will still be charged the full rental amount.
Safety & Liability
The Hoop Trailer is designed for safe entertainment; however, all use is at the Customer’s and guests’ own risk. Provider is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of the trailer. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Provider harmless from any claims arising from the event.
Hoop Louisville carries a $1M liability policy for its business operations.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel 7 or more days before your event.
2–7 days
1-year credit
Your deposit is credited toward a future booking, valid for 1 year.
Under 48 hrs
No refund
The deposit is non-refundable.
Bad weather
Reschedule or refund
Reschedule your event, or get your deposit back.
In case of extreme weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, Provider will work with the Customer to reschedule the event, or the Customer may choose a full refund of the deposit.
Damage & Loss
Customer is responsible for any damage, theft, or vandalism to the Hoop Trailer during the rental period caused by negligence or misuse. Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the Customer.
Force Majeure
Provider is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, accidents, emergencies). In those cases, the reschedule or refund options in Section 5 apply.
Agreement & Governing Law
By booking the Hoop Trailer, Customer confirms they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. This Agreement is binding and enforceable under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Waiver & Release of Liability
By booking the Hoop Trailer, the Customer and all participants acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Participation in the Hoop Trailer activities involves inherent risks of injury or property damage.
- The Customer and all guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the Hoop Trailer.
- The Customer, on behalf of themselves and their guests, releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Hoop Louisville LLC, its owners, employees, or contractors for any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of the Hoop Trailer.
- The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hoop Louisville LLC from any claims brought by participants or third parties arising out of the rental or use of the Hoop Trailer.
- This waiver applies to all participants, whether minors or adults. By signing this Agreement, the Customer represents that they have the authority to accept this waiver on behalf of all participants.
